Your One Number to Call doesn’t even need to know the specifics of each account, we just need to know who to call, and we’ll take it from there.
We’re staffed with real people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with no push buttons or machines.
Within the first 30 minutes… we will notify up to 4 loved ones of your choosing.
Next, we contact… employers, the funeral home, the family attorney, any business partners, their place of residence and even the police department to have them watch over your loved one’s home to prevent intruders.
Within the next 72 business hours… we will make what’s known as the “First Notification of Death” to the remaining companies, so they can watch over your accounts to prevent fraudulent charges. Depending on your life insurance, we can provide what’s known as the “Guarantee of Payment” to the funeral home. We’ll complete all the long and confusing claim forms to ensure there are no delays in the process. We can also deliver a letter or final message to loved ones when the day comes. We’ll even notify who should take care of / adopt your pets.

One Annual Fee Covers the Entire Family
Our membership includes all dependent children up to age 18—or up to age 24 if they are full-time college students.
If a family has a child who is 100% mentally disabled, that child will receive a lifetime membership at no cost, and we’ll create a dedicated account specifically for them.
Our services are designed to ease the burden on loved ones during some of life’s most difficult moments—so they can focus on healing, not logistics.
